Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive branch growth by identifying prospects and closing new business across food & beverage, industrial and healthcare sectors that use linen, uniforms and facility services.

You’ll report to a Regional Sales Manager, complete a 13-week training, and then build relationships with customers, deliver tailored solutions, and help your branch achieve its growth goals while protecting safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• College degree or two years outside sales experience.
• Ability to manage territory and meet weekly quotas.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by managing Salesforce funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding new customers.
• Prepare for weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming customer installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers for smooth transition to service team.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and follow policies and procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
