Alsco Uniforms in Columbia, SC is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive branch growth by identifying and closing new business across the food & beverage, industrial, and healthcare sectors that use linen, uniforms, and facility services.

You will train under a Regional Sales Manager, manage a Salesforce funnel, build relationships, and deliver tailored solutions while traveling daily to serve customers. This role offers strong earning potential with base salary and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, ability to comprehend and follow direction, as well as strong time management skills.
• Proven history of successful sales experience and discipline to meet weekly goals.
• Desire to effectively utilize the company CRM to drive results.
• College degree preferred or two years of outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming customer installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and follow all policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
