TruTeam in Alabama is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to grow our residential and light commercial accounts. You will identify prospects, present proposals, and build trusted relationships while representing energy-efficient insulation and building materials.

This role requires at least 3+ years in building products sales, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel locally more than 50%. You will work with a safety-conscious team and engage customers from initial contact to project

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

Responsabilités

• Identify prospective customers and generate and follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, generate new business leads and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and expertise to customers, recommending materials and services based on customers’ needs and interests.
• Understand the market that you serve, monitor market conditions, product innovations and competitors’ products, prices and sales.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Communicate company safety programs to customers at the inception of sale by inspecting job sites to identify any safety concerns.
• Manage customer experience from initial sale to project completion.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
