Stryker Corporation seeks an Associate Sales Representative in the Los Angeles area to support experienced reps, engage with healthcare professionals, and help grow the territory across OR, office and procedural care settings. This field-based role blends sales, clinical exposure and account management to build a foundation for a long-term career.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree completed.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across territory.
1+ year in outside sales or customer-facing roles preferred.

Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities and account management.
Prepare for product evaluations and clinical procedures.
Provide product education to surgeons and healthcare staff.
Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
Track sales activities and reporting requirements.
Partner with Sales Representatives to identify business opportunities.
Participate in product trainings and apply clinical knowledge to support customer education.
