Job summary

Stryker in San Francisco, CA is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support territory growth and engage with healthcare professionals in clinical and field settings. This full-time, field-based role pairs you with an experienced Sales Representative to learn product lines and expand customer accounts.

You will assist with product evaluations, provide education to surgeons and staff, manage case preparation, and help track territory activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including but not limited to customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in outside sales, field sales, business development, account management, customer success, territory management, or a customer-facing role.
• Experience managing responsibilities through work experience, athletics, academic programs, military service, or leadership activities.
• Exposure to medical device, healthcare, clinical, life sciences, business-to-business sales, or other performance-driven environments.
• Experience supporting customers in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
