Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for Southern California. This field-based role supports experienced reps, helping drive territory growth, assist with clinical procedures, and educate healthcare teams.

You will gain exposure to sales, clinical environments, and account management while building a foundation for a long-term career in medical technology. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and a valid driver's license, with travel across the territory.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Experience in outside sales or account management is preferred.

• Support territory growth through sales activities and customer engagement.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions.
• Provide product education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and staff to ensure proper use.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales activity, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to identify opportunities and support development initiatives.
