Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to start a career in medical device sales. You will support experienced representatives, engage with customers, and assist with clinical procedures to grow the territory.

This hands-on role lays the foundation for long-term career development in a global medical technology leader. In this field-based position, you will handle product education, maintain inventory, and track territory activities while building relationships with surgeons,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory, including customer sites and healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
