You will partner with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Forecasting, Marketing, and IT to deliver timely, actionable insights for field leadership.

The role drives dashboards and sub-national analytics across national, regional, and account levels, translating complex data into actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, finance, marketing, life sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years in sales reporting, commercial analytics or related fields.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, Excel and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales dashboards and reports.
• Define reporting processes, SLAs, and data governance.
• Act as SPOC for data collation and cross-functional support.
• Provide analytics for strategic initiatives using models and dashboards.
• Train field sales on reporting tools and performance reporting.
• Identify cost, productivity, and scalability opportunities.
