Job summary

The candidate will partner with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Forecasting, Marketing, and IT to provide timely, accurate reporting, develop self-service dashboards, and improve commercial outcomes. Experience with Tableau/Power BI and CRM systems is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in sales reporting, commercial analytics, or related field within pharmaceutical/healthcare.
Strong proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel and SQL; experience with CRM systems like Veeva or Salesforce.
Experience translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
Experience managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders and brands.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales dashboards for internal/external stakeholders.
Define and enforce reporting processes, SLAs, and checklists for timely reporting.
Serve as SPOC for data collation and analysis across departments.
Develop analytics inputs for key strategic initiatives using models and dashboards.
Lead dashboard development and data visualization across sales operations.
Establish reporting standards and governance to ensure data quality and consistency.
