Job summary

Keenova is seeking a Manager, Field Sales Reporting in Malvern, PA to lead the design, governance, and delivery of sales reporting, analytics, and insights that drive sales performance. You will partner with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Forecasting, Marketing, and IT to provide timely, actionable reporting of sales performance to field leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in sales reporting, analytics, field analytics, or related function in pharma/healthcare.
• Strong proficiency with BI tools Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and SQL; experience with Veeva CRM and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Experience translating complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Strong project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Define and enforce reporting processes, SLAs, and checklists for timely departmental reporting.
• Function as a single point of contact for data collation and analysis with cross-functional partners.
• Provide analytical inputs for strategic initiatives using models and dashboards.
• Manage execution of reporting processes and ensure quality report implementations.
• Lead training for field sales on reporting tools and performance reporting.
