Job summary

PharmaEssentia USA is seeking a Senior Manager/Associate Director of Field Analytics and Insights to build national and subnational analytics for field teams. You will fuse CRM, claims, specialty and digital data to measure performance, identify drivers, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that enhance BESREMi and PE‑CX priorities.

You will collaborate with PE‑CX and Sales, and support analytics from dashboards to strategic recommendations, while leading data-quality and KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years in commercial analytics, field analytics, or a related discipline.
• Structure ambiguous questions, select analytic approaches, interpret results, and translate to business implications.
• Strong knowledge of pharma data: CRM activity, patient-level claims, specialty data, marketing and digital data.
• Experience with trend/variance, segmentation, driver/cohort analysis, and benchmarking.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, Excel; SQL, Python, or R required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head of PE-CX on strategic field initiatives and performance measurement.
• Lead analytics strategy, KPI framework, and methodologies for national/subnational performance.
• Define priority questions, translate to plans, deliver actionable recommendations.
• Integrate CRM, claims, specialty data, EHR, lab, marketing, and digital data for insights.
• Develop recurring analyses on segmentation, call-plans, omnichannel engagement, territory performance.
• Establish metrics for launches, new indications, and evolving priorities.
• Synthesize findings into narratives for field leaders and senior leadership.
• Create scalable self-service analytics and dashboards for reviews and monitoring.
• Explore field AI use cases with GDAI and IT; evaluate feasibility and value.
• Own field reporting ecosystem: dashboards, reports, definitions, validation, UAT, releases.
• Drive adoption and analytical fluency through training and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage Beghou, Veeva, and other data partners with budget and timeline accountability.
