Job summary

Keenova Therapeutics plc is seeking a Manager, Field Sales Reporting in the United States (Malvern, PA with Bridgewater, NJ as an additional location). The role designs, delivers, and governs sales reporting, analytics, and insights to support field performance and commercial outcomes.

You will lead dashboards with Tableau/Power BI, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT and Finance, train field reps, and implement governance, SLAs, and scalable reporting processes in a fast-paced pharma

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in sales reporting, commercial analytics, field analytics, sales analytics, or related function in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
Strong proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Veeva CRM, Dynamics 365) and enterprise reporting platforms.
Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales dashboards and reports.
Define and enforce reporting processes, SLAs, and checklists for departmental reporting.
Serve as SPOC for data collation and analysis with other departments.
Provide analytics for strategic initiatives using models and dashboards.
Develop standards, templates, and reusable reports; train field sales on reporting tools.
