Job summary

Keenova Therapeutics plc is seeking a Manager, Field Sales Reporting to lead the design, governance, and delivery of sales reporting, analytics, and business insights that drive field performance.

The role collaborates with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Forecasting, Marketing, and IT to deliver timely, actionable dashboards across national, regional, and territory levels. Strong data management, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years in sales reporting, commercial analytics, field analytics, sales analytics, commercial operations, or related function within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare organizations.
• Strong proficiency with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
• Experience with Veeva CRM, alignment management software, and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Demonstrated experience supporting field analytics and reporting, including dashboards, KPI development, field performance measurement, and commercial insight generation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Define and enforce reporting processes, SLAs, and checklists to ensure timely completion of departmental reporting requirements.
• Function as a single point of contact (SPOC) for data collation and analysis, working with other departments to support sales strategy and initiatives.
• Provide analytical inputs for key strategic initiatives in sales verticals, using models and dashboards to guide decisions.
• Manage the execution of reporting processes and ensure quality report implementations.
• Conduct new hire training for field sales representatives on field reporting tools and performance reporting.
• Identification of cost optimization, productivity, and scalability opportunities.
