Neurocrine Biosciences seeks a Field Operations Manager (Market Access) to own dashboards for field teams and ensure payer data accuracy. You will work with Data Management and Commercial Analytics to align reporting with strategic goals and drive automation for scalable insights.

The role requires 6+ years in Market Access operations, hands-on Power BI experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration, based in San Diego, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifikationen

BS/BA degree and 6+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech Market Access or related operations.
Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards for field audiences.
Demonstrated ability to align reporting with Market Access strategies.
Strong knowledge of payer analytics, formulary tracking and access metrics.

Aufgaben

Build and maintain dashboards for Market Access field teams from requirements to rollout.
Collaborate with Field Market Access Leadership, Commercial Analytics, and IT to ensure alignment with strategy.
Own day-to-day maintenance, data refreshes, and issue resolution for dashboards.
Communicate updates and issues clearly to stakeholders and users.
