You will consult with current customers to provide value and tailor employee benefits packages, building strong relationships with associations and school leaders.

Qualifications

• Two years’ sales experience with a demonstrated pattern of success and awards.
• Customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to pass financial, criminal, and motor vehicle background checks.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain existing K-12 school accounts with one-on-one sales of worksite insurance products.
• Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and association executives.
• Develop customized needs-based employee benefit packages through annual enrollments and group presentations.
