Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking an Account Executive to sell commercial pest management services and products to new and existing commercial clients. You will operate in hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors, building relationships and presenting tailored solutions.

You will train in pest identification and then develop proposals, presentations, and territory plans to exceed sales targets while working with internal teams to deliver

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred: two years of B2B sales experience (prospecting skills welcomed).
• Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Will obtain industry licenses as provided and paid for by the company.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and entry points.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure service delivery.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
