Job summary

Terminix is seeking an Account Executive to drive the sale of pest management services to commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors. You will prospect, present, and close opportunities, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver best-in-class service.

The role requires strong communication, a hunter mentality, and willingness to travel up to 100% within your territory; base pay ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 annually with benefits starting

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred, with ability to generate leads and prospect new business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to present solutions and close deals.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets
• Learn Rentokil's programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure excellent service
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM
