Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Account Executive to grow our commercial pest management business in Marietta, GA. You will prospect, present, and close opportunities across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors, delivering customer-focused solutions.

You’ll learn Rentokil’s programs and pricing, build partnerships across internal teams, and drive territory growth through proactive sales activities.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in Business to Business sales (B2B)
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, hunter's mentality with the ability to work independently
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory(s)
• Willing to obtain industry licenses as required by the company

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling
• Visually inspect buildings and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets
• Learn Rentokil's programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings
• Build partnerships and collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM
