Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks an Account Executive to drive pest management services sales to new and existing commercial clients across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare and retail markets.

You will develop opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and networking, inspect sites for infestations, and craft compelling proposals that win business. Training and a strong incentive program accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of B2B sales experience with prospecting skills.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and pest harborage to identify solutions.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil programs, pricing, and service offerings to pitch effectively.
• Build partnerships with internal teams to maximize growth opportunities and service quality.
