Job summary

Verizon is seeking a motivated sales professional in the Portland area to drive new business and expand current accounts. You will consult with customers to identify challenges and tailor technology solutions to deliver strong ROI and revenue growth.

Role requires field-based, mobile work with up to 50% travel. You will promote Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP and Google platforms while leveraging Velocity Selling and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Outside sales and prospecting experience required.
• Willingness to travel up to ~50% of the time.
• Experience with technology sales and SaaS or related solutions.
• Proven ability to identify and close new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and qualify leads to drive sales opportunities.
• Grow and manage the existing customer base.
• Present multi-product solutions including Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP and Google platforms.
• Educate customers on how Verizon solutions can solve business challenges.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
• Travel within assigned geographic territory to meet customers.
