Job summary

Verizon is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand our business footprint across a designated territory. You will identify and qualify leads, prospect new customers, and grow existing accounts by delivering tailored technology solutions that drive revenue and customer value.

You will articulate the value of cloud, security, ISP, VoIP and Google platforms while leveraging Velocity Selling and CRM tools to manage activity, forecast accurately, and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Experience in outside sales, prospecting and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, developing and qualifying leads within territory to drive sales opportunities.
• Gaining new business and incremental revenue to meet sales targets.
• Retaining, managing and growing the existing customer base.
• Coordinating with support partners to educate customers about solutions.
• Proactively establishing relationships with key decision makers.
• Presenting multi-product solution opportunities.
• Demonstrating understanding of wireless and mobility products and solutions.
• Tracking progress using sales automation tools.
