Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Field Safe & Secure Manager to lead the Safe & Secure Team across multiple facilities. You will drive safety, security, and loss prevention programs, while coordinating with operations, HR, and external partners to mitigate risk.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and at least 5 years of leadership experience in warehousing or fulfillment environments. Domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of Safe & Secure leadership experience.
• At least 3 years of direct supervision experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Experience implementing risk mitigation programs.
• Experience in OSHA program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead field Safe & Secure teams across facilities.
• Develop and sustain enterprise safety programs and processes.
• Monitor theft, fraud, and risk with cross-functional partners.
• Track KPIs and report security metrics to leadership.
• Collaborate with facility leadership and external vendors.
• Travel domestically up to 10% as required.
