Carvana is seeking an experienced Functional Lead for the Safe & Secure Team at our HQ to supervise Associates, implement security policies, and drive incident management. You’ll lead coaching, training, and performance, while ensuring compliance with safety standards across the site.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in security operations, leadership experience, and strong communication. This full-time role requires availability during and outside standard hours, with a focus on safeguarding

Qualifications

• 3+ years in physical security operations or loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team.
• Provide coaching, development and performance feedback.
• Lead Incident Management program at HQ.
• Ensure safety and compliance with local/state/federal requirements.
• Recruit, orient, and train staff.
• Ensure staffing meets KPIs and goals.
• Escalate high-risk issues to senior management.
• Coordinate with Safe & Secure Operations Center.
• Maintain badge access, server room controls, monitoring alerts.
