Job summary

CoVolt Power SE is seeking an intermediate Site Safety professional to support renewable energy project construction in Mexia, TX. You will partner with the Site Safety Manager, Construction Manager, and field staff to promote a proactive safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include audits, incident investigations, corrective actions, and maintaining the project injury and illness prevention plan.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in construction safety management or related field.
• Safety auditing experience and knowledge of OSHA standards.
• OSHA 510/500, First Aid/CPR/AED, NFPA 70E and BCSP or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and company Core Principles on site.
• Support Site Safety Manager in injury/illness prevention plans for construction of project infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA) and project safety plans.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations with minimal supervision.
• Verify safety training for all personnel on site.
