Job summary

CoVolt Power seeks an intermediate Site Safety professional to support safety governance and on-site execution for renewable energy projects. You will promote a proactive safety culture, monitor compliance with plans and regulatory standards, and partner with project teams to manage safety outcomes on site.

You will assist in developing injury prevention plans, conducting audits, and leading investigations with a focus on root-cause analysis and corrective actions across construction activities.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in construction safety management or related field.
• Safety auditing experience and knowledge of OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote company Core Principles and safety culture through all project activities.
• Represent CoVolt Power professionally with clients, subcontractors, and local officials.
• Assist Site Safety Manager with injury and illness prevention plans for infrastructure construction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project safety plans.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and surveillance per the plan.
• Investigate incidents to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain the project safety plan sections including emergency actions.
• Verify personnel have required safety training for their scope of work.
