Job summary

CoVolt Power, a leading solar and energy storage EPC, is seeking an intermediate-level Site Safety role at Hillsdale, IN. You will support safety programs for construction of high-voltage infrastructure and coordinate with project teams to uphold safety standards and policies.

The role reports to the Site Safety Manager and requires an associate degree in safety management or related field, OSHA certifications, and demonstrated audit experience. On-site work with field crews is expected.

Responsibilities

• Promote company safety principles and proactive culture on site.
• Represent CoVolt Power professionally with clients and subcontractors.
• Assist Site Safety Manager in developing and maintaining site safety plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety policies.
• Conduct incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Verify personnel training compliance for safety requirements.
