You will support the Site Safety Manager in implementing injury prevention plans for solar, BESS, and high-voltage infrastructure projects, and you will audit, inspect, and investigate incidents on site.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in construction safety management and/or three years of construction safety experience.
• Safety auditing experience and knowledge of OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote company safety principles and a proactive safety culture on site.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, subcontractors, and officials.
• Support the Site Safety Manager in injury prevention plans for project infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and the project safety plan.
• Perform audits, inspections, and incident investigations; develop corrective actions.
• Verify safety training for all personnel and assist in risk assessments.
• Assist in developing and maintaining emergency and evacuation plans.
