Job summary

CoVolt Power is an international EPC leader delivering solar, BESS, and high-voltage infrastructure with a strong safety culture. The site-focused role supports development toward a Safety Specialist III and reports to the Site Safety Manager in Lake Village, AR.

The position emphasizes proactive safety management, incident investigations, and close collaboration with construction managers, field staff, owners, and subcontractors to ensure regulatory compliance and project safety plans.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in construction safety management or related field and/or three years of construction safety management experience.
• Safety auditing experience and knowledge of OSHA standards.
• Ability to lead, influence others and communicate effectively with all project levels.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for CoVolt Power core principles and safety culture.
• Support Site Safety Manager in injury and illness prevention plans for HV construction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project safety plans.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations with minimal supervision.
• Verify training compliance for project personnel and maintain safety documentation.
