Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Field Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager to lead safety programs across assigned locations in a client-focused retail setting. You will conduct audits, investigations, and training to reduce risk and ensure OSHA/DOT compliance.

This field-based role requires strong judgment, travel to sites, and collaboration with Loss Prevention, HR, and operations to close incidents and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Five years of retail safety or Loss Prevention experience is preferred.
• Experience managing occupational safety programs is required.
• Knowledge of fleet safety, OSHA, DOT law, and material handling accident prevention is expected.
• OSHA 30-Hour in general industry or OSHA 40-Hour in HAZWOPER is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills are required for reporting and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage safety programs that comply with regulations.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and site visits to identify risks and document findings.
• Investigate accidents with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Partner with Loss Prevention and operations to close incidents and reduce risk.
• Deliver safety and Loss Prevention training to staff.
• Support OSHA compliance through program reviews and documentation.
• Monitor trends and incident patterns to improve program effectiveness.
• Ensure incidents are closed within seven days and action plans tracked.
