Job summary

Ascension Property Services is seeking a Safety Coordinator to promote a strong safety culture across operations. You will support program implementation, compliance with OSHA regulations, and continuous improvement of safety processes in field operations.

The role includes conducting hazard analyses, inspections, incident investigations, safety training, and maintaining documentation to ensure a safe work environment for employees, customers, and the public.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing safety programs compliant with OSHA standards.
• Ability to conduct hazard analyses and risk assessments.
• Experience delivering safety training and toolbox talks.
• Track record of inspecting job sites and identifying hazards.
• Strong communication with operations leadership and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct job hazard analyses and risk assessments; identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist operations leadership in applying OSHA standards and internal safety requirements.
• Perform field safety inspections and audits; document findings and corrective actions.
• Lead and deliver safety training, maintain documentation of training and certifications.
• Coordinate incident investigations and track corrective actions to completion.
• Communicate safety performance and lessons learned to management.
• Support regulatory inspections and safety audits as required.
