Job summary

Thryv in Tulsa is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to grow our SaaS client base in the local market. You’ll build your own pipeline from scratch through self-generated and company-initiated prospecting.

This role requires more than 50% of work outside the home office, identifying local business owners, qualifying opportunities, and expanding the book of business. You’ll become a SaaS expert, collaborating with marketing and technology to help clients WIN with Thryv’s platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience (SaaS preferred).
• 2+ years outbound sales with full sales cycle.
• Industry knowledge of Thryv product suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to learn new programs.
• Must live within a 1-hour commute of the posting city.
• Valid driver’s license and personal transportation.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand Thryv's SaaS clients in the local business market.
• Build own pipeline from self-generated and company-initiated prospecting.
• Prospects and qualifies new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Execute defined operational processes and requirements for engagement, product certifications, order entry, etc.
• Participate in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training.
