Job summary

Enlyte in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking a Field Case Manager for a full-time, hybrid/field role requiring regular in-person appointments.

You will collaborate with treating physicians, employers, and patients to develop and implement cost-effective treatment plans that support return to work and maximum medical recovery.

Qualifications include RN license, 2+ years of clinical experience, and CCM/CDMS certifications; travel and reliable internet required.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field required.
• Active RN license in good standing required.
• URAC-recognized case management certifications (CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN or equivalents) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans considering injuries, medications, and job duties.
• Interview patients to assess recovery and occupational relevance.
• Collaborate with physicians and employers to tailor treatment plans.
• Travel to attend in-person appointments within assigned geography.
• Prepare status updates and manage caseload effectively.
