Qualifications include an RN license (active), 2+ years clinical practice, CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN or related URAC certification, and travel to in-person appointments within the assigned geography.

Qualifikationen

• RN license active and in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, employers, and customers.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Travel to in-person appointments required.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate patient care with treating physicians/providers, employers, customers, and insurers.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to return the injured/disabled person to work appropriately.
• Ensure access to cost-effective healthcare services and achievement of maximum medical recovery.
• Prioritize cases and manage workload to handle inquiries and updates.
• Attend injured workers’ appointments when appropriate and provide status updates to customers.
• Maintain compliance with case management standards of practice.
