Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions in Farmington, CT, seeks a Full Time Rigger to set up, assemble, and disassemble rigging for relocation of machinery and equipment. You will inspect materials, align and anchor gear, and use hand/power tools to secure loads, while following safety procedures.

Candidates should have HS diploma, be able to read blueprints, and follow instructions. CDL may be required for some roles; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to take direction and closely follow instruction.
• Visualize outcomes and use deductive reasoning for rigging tasks.
• Read blueprints, schematics, or technical manuals as required.
• Familiar with hand/flag signals and safety procedures.
• Valid driver's license; CDL may be required for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, assemble, or disassemble rigging based on load specs.
