Job summary

Rivian is seeking a dynamic field leader to manage daily operations, customer experience, and team performance at assigned locations. You will drive revenue targets, monitor KPIs, and lead a high-performing local team while upholding Rivian’s culture and values.

The role requires flexibility, strong leadership, and a customer-first mindset, with travel as needed. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to plan activations, educate customers, and ensure seamless end-to-end experiences

Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or related fields.
At least 21 years of age.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
1+ years of leadership experience preferred; ability to lead customer-facing teams.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue targets and market share growth.
Set and monitor KPIs to evaluate team performance.
Lead local field team and foster high performance culture.
Communicate goals and align with site and org targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer preferences and inventory needs.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through strong product knowledge and education.

Work with Retail Manager to meet goals and implement improvements.
