Job summary

Rivian is seeking a dynamic Sales and Delivery Manager to scale our Midwest operations from Northbrook, IL. You will own the full customer journey—from initial engagement through vehicle delivery—overseeing sales, logistics and last‑mile delivery at your location.

You’ll lead a high‑impact team, drive revenue targets, optimize staffing, and partner cross‑functionally to refine processes with data-driven insights, ensuring an exceptional customer experience aligned with Rivian’s values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales experience
• 2+ years in field leadership roles
• Experience in multi-unit management is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
• Willingness to travel up to 75%

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer journey from engagement to delivery for your location
• Oversee sales execution, logistics and last-mile delivery
• Drive KPIs and revenue targets across daily to yearly cycles
• Collaborate withService, Vehicle Operations and other departments to improve efficiency
• Optimize staffing and schedules to maximize customer experience and productivity
• Plan and execute activations, events and brand strategies locally
