Job summary

Rivian is seeking a dynamic Retail and Delivery Manager to scale operations across a location in Wisconsin. You will lead a high-impact team, drive sales performance, and ensure every customer interaction reflects Rivian’s brand and commitment to excellence.

You will own the full customer journey from engagement through vehicle delivery, overseeing sales execution, logistics, and last-mile delivery. A customer-first mindset and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales experience with 2+ years in field leadership, preferably multi-unit management.
• Retail, hospitality or direct-to-consumer sales background is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the electric vehicle market and related regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure best-in-class customer experience across your region.
• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
• Own and deliver on KPIs while aligning with company-wide strategic objectives.
• Oversee vehicle delivery process, from prep to final handoff and paperwork.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and reduce costs.
• Design staffing and scheduling to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and execute activations and events to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage store P&L and payroll budgets in line with the financial plan.
