Rivian is seeking a dynamic Sales and Delivery Manager to scale our EV sales and delivery operations. You will oversee all sales and delivery activities, drive performance, and lead a high-impact team across locations, ensuring a customer-first experience that reflects Rivian values.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to plan activations, expand community presence, and refine processes using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer sales and/or commission-based environments is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the electric vehicle market and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure best-in-class customer experience across your region.
• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
• Own KPIs and drive location and employee performance.
• Oversee vehicle delivery process including prep, paperwork, logistics, and handoff.
• Collaborate to plan activations, events, and strategies that boost brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage store P&L and staffing to maximize efficiency and customer experience.
