Job summary

Blackridge Restoration is seeking a restoration project manager to lead water, fire, storm, and mold projects from inspection through completion. You will scope losses, estimate with Xactimate, coordinate crews and schedules, and be the main contact for clients and adjusters.

Ideal candidates have deep restoration experience, strong estimating skills, and IICRC certifications. You’ll ensure safety and quality, monitor costs, and communicate timelines clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Prior restoration industry experience with mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple restoration jobs simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and strong estimating/documentation skills.
• Working knowledge of the insurance claims process and relationships with adjusters.
• IICRC certification(s) preferred (WRT, ASD, etc.).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; calm under pressure.
• Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call emergency rotation.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Manage water, fire, storm, mold, and reconstruction projects from inspection through completion.
• Scope losses, document damage, and build accurate estimates using Xactimate.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and schedules to keep jobs on time and on budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, adjusters, and insurance carriers.
• Explain next steps and timelines to clients with honesty and clarity.
• Handle insurance documentation and claim coordination on the client’s behalf.
• Ensure work meets IICRC standards, safety requirements, and company quality expectations.
• Monitor job costs, margins, and progress.
• Resolve issues in the field before they escalate.
