Job summary

Restoration Management Company seeks a Project Director to lead multiple mitigation and construction projects from initiation to completion in a dynamic environment. You will direct field crews, coordinate with adjusters and clients, and develop accurate estimates to drive successful bids and invoicing.

The role requires strong leadership, expert knowledge of construction estimating, and proficiency with Xactimate and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license with clean driving record.
• Experience managing large commercial mitigation/construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge in construction estimating.
• Well versed in time & material billing concepts.
• Experience in marketing services to generate new or existing business.
• Thorough knowledge of basic safety standards and work practices.
• Experience in leading crews, delegating, communicating effectively at all levels; strong leadership skills.
• Industry related certification, desirable
• Completion or in the process of completing IICRC Training
• Ability to generate reports using Microsoft Suite products, Xactimate required.
• Understands basics of cost containment and risk management.
• Experience in effective communications, coaching and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large scope projects from start to finish.
• Develop estimates for construction and mitigation projects.
• Review and approve time and material billing.
• Source new business and market services to adjusters or clients.
• Prepare work orders for scheduling and disseminate to responsible parties.
• Conduct inspections and recommend further work to adjusters or clients.
• Track project plans and adjust to meet schedules.
• Ensure timely invoicing and payment by reviewing documents and work orders.
• Communicate with adjusters, customers, coworkers and contractors.
• Collaborate with Account Executives in bids for adjusters or customers.
• Perform loss site inspections to prepare bids for adjusters or customers.
• Support the Company\'s safe workplace policies and practices.
