Responsibilities

• Manages multiple large scope projects, simultaneously, from beginning until completion.
• Develops estimates for construction and mitigation projects.
• Reviews and approves time and material billing ensuring all billable job costs are captured.
• Sourcing new business and maintaining contacts with adjusters or clients.
• Prepares work orders for scheduling and disseminates to responsible parties.
• Conducts thorough inspections of jobs and recommends further work.
• Tracks project plans and adjusts as needed to stay on schedule.
• Gathers and reviews documents to ensure prompt invoicing.
• Maintains effective communications with adjusters, customers, and contractors.
• Markets company services to adjusters and potential clients.
• Collaborates with Account Executives in preparation of bids.
• Performs loss site inspections to determine damages and prepare bids.
• Supports safe workplace policies and practices.
