Job summary

ServiceMaster of Greater Washington is seeking a capable professional to manage restoration projects on-site, ensuring proper loading of equipment and timely completion within budget. You will communicate with customers and document job scope, leveraging your knowledge of insurance restoration and construction processes.

The role requires leading small teams, maintaining records, and preparing estimates with Xactimate while upholding company standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of insurance restoration and/or construction industry.
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
• Experience managing teams of 2 or more.
• Experience with entering data using a tablet or mobile phone.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves work orders, checks route for travel, loads required equipment and supplies, and arrives on site.
• Completes assigned jobs within budget and quality control standards.
• May monitor active jobs and communicate with customers.
• Maintain records of personnel and resources and report billable events.
