Job summary

Sleep Management, LLC dba Viemed is seeking a Respiratory Sales Representative to drive disease management program adoption and grow referrals in the Texas territory. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with pulmonologists, hospitalists, critical care physicians, case managers, and social workers to expand home respiratory therapy services.

You will spend most time in the field, delivering education, developing territory plans, and coordinating with clinical and billing teams

Qualifications

• Must have established relationships with the Pulmonary, Critical Care, & Hospitalist physicians within the territory.
• Must provide three informal letters of recommendation from Pulmonologist.
• Must have a current, valid, active state driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Market VieMed's disease management program to potential and existing referral sources.
• Develop territory action plans and call strategies to maintain ongoing business with current accounts and drive new market potential.
• Coordinate and provide educational presentations and in-services for healthcare providers.
• Responsible for account activity, sales documentation, reports, and territory management.
• Partner with clinical, managerial, sales staff, and other internal departments to promote and market home respiratory therapy services.
• Ensure prompt and accurate billing and documentation of services, including third-party payor guidelines.
• Maintain a level of performance that meets or exceeds sales quotas.
• Other duties/projects as assigned.
