Luster National seeks Resident Engineers to support large heavy civil programs (highways, bridges, transit, airports, water/wastewater). Positions cover field administration, contract management, and oversight of inspection staff across assigned work areas.

Candidates bring 5+ years in construction management on major projects, experience with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payments, plus ability to read drawings and schedules. Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in construction management/resident engineering on large heavy‑civil projects (>$500M).
• Experience administering field contracts, submittals, RFI, change management, and progress payments.

Responsabilités

• Administer field construction contracts, ensuring compliance with plans and specs.
• Oversee inspection staff and field documentation to program standards.
• Coordinate with designers, agency staff, and other contractors on technical responses and field conflicts.
