The role emphasizes collaboration across Patient Services, Market Head, Market Access, and cross-functional teams to optimize patient outcomes while managing territory plans and CRM data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in reimbursement or market access.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid and commercial insurance.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers and staff within the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on patient access, reimbursement, coverage policies, prior authorizations, claims, appeals, billing and coding considerations.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and guidance on reimbursement challenges.
