Job summary

argenx is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to drive patient access and reimbursement education for the argenx portfolio across medical and pharmacy benefits. You will educate providers, develop access strategies, and navigate payer policies to optimize therapy access.

In this fast-paced role, you will partner with Patient Services, Market Access, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences while traveling extensively to serve healthcare providers across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of reimbursement, patient access, market access, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare experience.
• Experience supporting therapies reimbursed under medical and pharmacy benefits (Medicare/Medicaid, commercial insurance, prior authorizations, claims, appeals).
• Ability to travel extensively across the assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers and staff within the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on patient access, reimbursement, coverage policies, prior authorizations, claims, appeals, billing and coding considerations.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and guidance on reimbursement challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent customer experience and address access barriers.
