Job summary

argenx is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to partner with providers and staff, optimizing patient access across medical and pharmacy benefits. You will educate on reimbursement, prior authorizations, and access pathways while navigating payer policy challenges.

Based in the United States with travel, you will lead account-specific strategies, collaborate across teams, and drive patient access in a fast-paced, science-driven biotech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of reimbursement, patient access, market access, or related healthcare experience.
• Experience with therapies reimbursed under medical and pharmacy benefits (Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial).
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, problem-solving and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams to drive access solutions and business goals.
• Experience in neurology, immunology, rare disease, or complex specialties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers in the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on patient access, reimbursement policies, prior authorizations, claims, and billing considerations.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and guidance on reimbursement challenges.
• Manage complex reimbursement issues and escalate insights to inform strategy.
