Qualifications

• 5+ years of reimbursement, patient access, market access, or related healthcare experience.
• Experience with therapies reimbursed under medical and pharmacy benefits.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
• Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare providers and staff.
• Ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in neurology, immunology, or specialty biologics.
• Knowledge of buy-and-bill, site-of-care, and payer strategies.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reimbursement and patient access resource for providers in the territory.
• Educate customers on patient access, reimbursement policies, prior authorizations, claims, appeals, and billing.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and guidance on reimbursement challenges.
• Manage complex reimbursement issues and share payer trends to inform strategy.
