Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to optimize patient access and reimbursement across medical and pharmacy benefits. You will educate healthcare providers, navigate prior authorizations, and coordinate with Patient Services and Market Access to remove barriers to therapy.

The role requires 5+ years in reimbursement or related fields, strong relationship-building, and the ability to travel. A bachelor's degree is required, with preference for neurology/immunology experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of reimbursement, patient access, market access, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare experience.
• Experience supporting therapies reimbursed under medical and pharmacy benefits, including Medicare/Medicaid, commercial insurance, prior authorizations, claims, appeals, and patient access pathways.
• Proven ability to build productive relationships with healthcare providers and staff, with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams to drive access solutions and business objectives.
• Experience in neurology, immunology, rare disease, specialty biologics, or similar areas.
• Knowledge of buy‑and‑bill and distribution models, infusion reimbursement, and payer management strategies.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers within the assigned territory, educating on access, coverage policies, prior authorizations, claims, appeals, and billing considerations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address access barriers and deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Develop and execute territory plans, utilize CRM tools and data analytics to document activities and track performance.
• Address patient access challenges with proactive, compliant, solutions-oriented actions and collaborate to achieve positive outcomes.
