Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Field Patient Access Liaison to execute site-level patient engagement strategies, support REMS certification, and strengthen access readiness across REMS, specialty pharmacy, and distribution networks. This field-based role will educate on reimbursement, manage case-level access, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth patient access.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in field reimbursement, patient access and case management in pharma/biotech.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS certification activities and enrolment processes.
• Support site access workflows and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payments and appeals.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients.
• Identify and troubleshoot case-level access barriers across channels.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB and distribution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Site of Care Leads on handoffs and readiness.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation for account activities and outcomes.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting priorities.
